About me

For a long time, I did not feel a connection with my body. This held me back in various topics, such as relationships and work. In my early twenties, yoga came into my life. In yoga, I found back the connection with my body, but also the connection with my mind and with something larger.

I decided to do a yoga teacher training and after that, I was dedicated to continue with yoga. Both by practicing it myself and by teaching it. So I started teaching at a gym, but after I while I felt like something was missing. I felt like I was limited in some way, and I also heared stories around me of people who liked yoga but still experienced stress in their daily lifes.

This is how the Yoga Journal was born. I decided to make something that helps people take the feeling of a yoga class into their daily lifes.
