We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
