Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Netherlands: Standard shipping costs €2.95 for orders under €50. Shipping is free for orders over €50. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days via PostNL/DHL.

• Belgium: Standard shipping costs €4.95 for orders under €50. Shipping is free for orders over €50. The estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can check its status. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at desiree-janssen@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.
